Site work and renovation of a civil project in Oakbank, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
* Award subject to final approval. 1. Construction of a new Pumphouse addition consisting of a structural slab on grade with wood frame superstructure. 2. Selective Demolition of the existing North Pumphouse Building including removal of wood roof framing and exterior mansard cladding and strapping. (Exterior wall cladding already removed by Owner) 3. Extend new wall cladding and roofing over existing North Pumphouse Building to provide a seamless exterior building look between new and old. 4. Create new electrical room in existing North Pumphouse Building as shown on plans. 5. Installation of site piping, including connection from the new well to the building. a. New Well installation, installation of pitless unit, installation of drop pipe and new pump will be by Others (Freisen Drillers). Contractor to coordinate excavation of new well for pitless installation and electrical connection of new well pump with Freisen Drillers. 6. Replace water main gate valve and service curb stop as shown on plans. 7. Supply and install in-slab plumbing and stainless steel spool in slab as shown on the plans. 8. Provide site restoration upon construction completion. 9. All work shall be conform to the plans and these specifications and the MWSB Standard Construction Specifications.
