Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Oakbank, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Environment and Climate Change requires the surfacing of a gravel path with asphalt at Birds Hill Provincial Park. The path overlooks the parking lot to the Lakeview Trail. The existing path consists of limestone which may require some additional material and preparing prior to the asphalt work. The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to solicit bids from qualified Bidders to provide the services as described in Appendix "A" attached and for Manitoba to enter into an Agreement with the Service Provider whose bid is judged to best serve the interests of Manitoba when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria. The Agreement is anticipated to commence on September 27, 2024 and should be completed by October 31, 2024 Manitoba, in its entire discretion, may reject or accept all or any part of a Bid or any of the Bids submitted in response to this RFQ. Manitoba is under no obligation whatsoever to accept the Bid with the lowest cost or any Bid.
