Reference Number 0000291597 The work involves construction of bituminous pavement including milling, joint repairs, and rumble strips on the main lanes of Provincial Trunk Highway 15 from 0.4 km east of Provincial Road 207 to 0.3 km west of PR 206 for a total construction distance of approximately 5.7 km in the Municipality of Springfield. The Work must be completed by no later than OCTOBER 15, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages after this specified Completion Date will be charged to the Contractor at the rate of TWO THOUSAND ($2,000.00) Dollars per calendar day until the Work is completed. The Owner may, in its sole discretion, disqualify the preferred Bidder and reject its Bid, if the Work Plan cannot be revised to the satisfaction of the owner. If a preferred Bidder is rejected, the Bidder with the next lowest Total Price becomes the preferred Bidder, and so on until either a Contract is awarded to a qualified Bidder having submitted a compliant Bid or the Tender is cancelled.
