Supply of Culvert Materials for the 2025 Season 1. The unit price shall be by the linear meter of pipe, and all pipes shall be cut to required ordered size, as well as have the size marked in metric (in meters) on outside of pipe. 2. The unit price shall be by each unit for couplers, and all necessary hardware (bolts and nuts) to accompany couplers when ordered. 3. The unit price shall be by each for flood gates, and each flood gate shall come with a 2-foot attached stub. 4. Delivery will be to the Municipal yard at 27055 Oakwood Rd, Oakbank, MB, or directly to the job site. Minimum delivery would be a $3,000.00 order. The quoted price shall apply to smaller orders that the Municipality chooses to pick up. Delivery to the Municipal yard is expected within 7 workings days after order is placed. 5. Pipe may not be nested for delivery purposes. 6. The quantities to be determined as needed. Subsequent orders may require delivery and/or may be picked up. 7. The municipality reserves the right to test the material, and if the material is deemed not to meet specifications, then the material will be rejected, and the material will be removed at the Supplier's expense. The lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted.
