Reconstruction of the Ocean City Boardwalk From St. Charles Place to 5th Street The City of Ocean City is seeking a contractor to reconstruct the Ocean City boardwalk from St. James to 5th Street as outlined in the specifications and plans. The City is a subrecipient of the Boardwalk Preservation Fund Grant Program and has been awarded monies to reconstruct various sections of the boardwalk. This Grant program is disbursed through the American Rescue Plan Act - Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund (CSFRF) and thus has Federal requirements. concrete sidewalk, asphalt roadway, concrete curb , light fixture (furnished & installed), 4" schedule 60 pvc conduit (furnished & installed), 2" schedule 60 pvc conduit (furnished & installed), timber piles, 8 x 12 pile cap , 3 x 10 joist, 3" x 6" pt decking, railing, soil/sand removal/disposal from site Question Deadline 08/01/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Direct questions in writing to Purchasing Department, at the office of the Owner.
