Site work for a development in Ocean City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade development.
The Base Bid project scope consists of mechanical dredging within the specified dredging areas listed in the specifications and shown on the Contract Drawings. Dredging in Carnival Bayou must reach a required elevation of -4 feet mean low water (MLW) with an allowable overdredge tolerance to -5 feet MLW. In Venetian Bayou, South Harbor, Bayside Center, and 14th Street Outfall, dredging must be to -5 feet MLW with an allowable overdredge to -6 feet MLW. Dredged material must be transported by barge from the removal areas to offloading locations, with the Route 52 CDF barge landing designated as an offloading location. The estimated dredging volume for the Base Bid operations is approximately 18,967 cubic yards. Bidders must create a free account with OpenGov Procurement, register, and follow the provided instructions to submit electronic bids.
