Renovation of a municipal facility in Leavenworth, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
City Hall HVAC Piping Replacement. These Bids will be for the furnishing of labor and materials and performing all the work in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Submission of questions should be directed to the Issuing Office, or by email to: Carter Klise, P.E. Project Engineer, MEP Engineering carter.klise@bgcons.com 785-749-4474 ext 2127 Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. All questions shall be submitted to Engineer no later than Monday, December 11, 2023 at 3pm. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Removal and replacement of HVAC chilled water piping located throughout the basement. This includes piping, fittings, and insulation.
