City Hall HVAC Piping Replacement. These Bids will be for the furnishing of labor and materials and performing all the work in accordance with the drawings and specifications. All questions shall be submitted to Engineer no later than Monday, December 11, 2023 at 3pm. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Removal and replacement of HVAC chilled water piping located throughout the basement. This includes piping, fittings, and insulation.
