Reference Number 0000259409 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/11/28 04:30:00 PM MST Insurance: At its own expense and without limiting its liabilities herein, the Supplier shall ensure its operations under a contract of either Comprehensive or Commercial General Liability with insurers licensed in Alberta in an amount of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence (annual general aggregate, if any, of not less than $2,000,000) insuring against bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage or loss. Such insurance(s) shall include (A) products and completed operations liability, (B) contractor's protective liability, and (C) blanket contractual liability. Any such policy or policies of insurance shall name the University and the University Indemnitees as additional insured. The intention of the RFP is to award to a Proponent who submits a proposal which, in the sole opinion of UCalgary represents the best overall functionality and value. UCalgary is looking for a Proponent that will provide Electronic Security System (EES) Equipment and Maintenance. This will include (but not limited to): Purchase of cameras, accessories, and licenses Maintenance for a minimum of 5 years End-to-end installation of camera equipment, including, installation, construction work (wiring and network cabling connections, dry walling, patching, and general work), delivery, and any project management requirements. Maintenance of current Genetec licenses Taking over support of current system and existing equipment Detailed Business Requirements have been outlined in the 2023RFP0032 Schedule D-Proponent Response Workbook.
