Site work for a mixed-use development in Green River, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Sewer Line Project 2023 Contractor shall be the General from start to finish of the project. Sewer Line to be included in this bid is located at the West Side of the Main Campus at 2500 College Drive, Rock Springs. Contractor shall notify Mel Horrocks, College Representative and Maintenance Supervisor, twenty-four (24) hours prior to any work being done so that appropriate areas of the parking lots can be coned off for the project area and campus communications can happen in a timely manner. Contractor is also required to check-in with Mr. Horrocks daily so that he is aware of where crews will be working and the plan of action for the day. The College has become a busy place during the winter with activities and it will be imperative that a schedule of work, as indicated in your Notice of Award, be submitted to the College Rep and adhered to as much as possible. It will be very important that the project is started as soon as possible after graduation on or near December 18, 2023. Areas will only be closed once during the project. Therefore, all improvements to the same area are required to be done at the same time. All improvements must be scheduled to run back-to-back in the same area where closures are necessary. Only documented weather delays will extend the deadline and extensions will only be allowed on a day for day basis. For example, rain delays the project for 3 days, therefore, only 3 days extension will be allowed. This project shall remain a priority in the Contractor's schedule.
