Railroad Avenue Bus Turnaround The Town of Wilkeson is releasing a Small Works Project. As a Contractor on the MRSC Small Works Roster for "Asphalt Pavement Roadways," you are invited to submit a bid on this Project This project consists of preparation, gravel subgrade, and asphalt paving near the town limits on Railroad Avenue Questions may be directed to Gray & Osborne, Inc., Dominic Miller at (360) 292-7481. The Contractor shall furnish performance, payment and guaranty bond for the faithful performance and payment of all its obligations under this Agreement. The bond shall be in penal sums at least equal to the contract price unless otherwise stated, in such form, and with such corporate sureties as are acceptable to the Town. The bond shall remain in effect to guarantee the repair and replacement of defective equipment, materials, and workmanship, and payment of damages sustained by the Town on account of such defects, discovered within 2 years after final acceptance by the Town. This guaranty is supplemental and does not limit or affect the requirements that the Contractor's work comply with the requirements of the Contract or any other legal rights or remedies of the Owner. The Town of Wilkeson expressly reserves the right to reject any of all bids and to waive minor irregularities or informalities, and to further make award of the project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interest of the Town based on the sum of the Bid
