Site work for a water / sewer project in Delavan, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Description of Work. The proposed construction consists of replacement of an existing sewage lift station including a precast concrete wet well, submersible pumping equipment, new valve vault, mechanical equipment, SCADA and electrical work, site work, and other miscellaneous items of work. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bidders bond, certified check, bank cashiers check or bank draft payable to the DELAVAN LAKE SANITARY DISTRICT for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid as provided in the Bidder Instructions. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities. Unless the Bids are rejected for good cause, award of contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder. Question Deadline 12/08/2023 Direct all questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents to Engineer (Telephone 262-763-7834 Ext. 3363, or email jmarchese@baxterwoodman.com). Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addendum emailed by the Engineer or the Engineers designated independent distributor, to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five (5) business days prior to the Bid Opening, might not be answered.
