Janitorial Services -District 5 Office Janitorial services shall be performed five nights per week, Monday through Friday. Cleaning should be conducted outside of normal business hours, 7:30am to 4:30pm. Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Department of Highways - District 5 8310 Westport Road Louisville, Kentucky 40242 Areas to be cleaned include: The Main Office Building: 29,500 sq. ft., one building, 66.6% carpet, 33.3% tile. The Restrooms - 2 men's; 2 women's; 2 single stalls (lobby area); and one single restroom with shower (maintenance area). Breakroom with kitchen area with appliances - 3 microwaves, 2 refrigerators, 2 toaster ovens and stove The awarded vendor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, cleaning /sanitizer supplies/chemicals, and equipment necessary for performing janitorial services such as toilet bowl cleaner, disinfectant product, bleach products, streak free glass cleaner, furniture polish, floor and fixture cleaning detergents, floor
