Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lyndon, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work includes site demolition, building demolition and clearing of the site, earthwork for the site based on the civil grading plan, protection of existing trees, construction of two replacement parking lots, a new playground, pavilion, pergola, replacement of the loop trail, installation of a small culvert bridge, and underground stormwater storage system. Contractors must download bid sets through Lynn Imaging to be on the plan holders list and to receive notifications and addenda. Complete hard copy sets of plans and specifications are available for purchase. Questions due by June 30, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time, 11:00 AM Central Time. Email questions to Paul Toenjes at ptoenjes@tswdesigngroup.com. Each bidder must accompany his Proposal with a Certified Check or Bid Bond made payable to the City of St. Matthews for an amount of 5% of his bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or waive any informality in any bid and to accept any proposal considered by the Owner to be on the whole, the best.
