Scope of Services Seeking: General Construction Building ,Maintenance ,Plumbing, Mechanical, Excavation ,Asphalt/Paving Concrete The City of Brookings is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified contractors to provide building maintenance and construction services for the City of Brookings, OR. The City will consider a contract of two (2) years with an option to renew the contract for an additional two (2) year term upon mutual consent of both parties The City reserves the right to waive minor informalities contained in qualifications when, in the City s sole judgment, it is in the City s best interest to do so.
