The Project consists of the renovation for outpatient services to the existing Curry Medical Center. The renovation is 1,259 sf.. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers Curry Medical Center 500 5 th St. Brookings, OR 97415 The intent of this Bid request is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete a remodel located at 500 5th St. for a Cost Plus Fee with a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents. Work of this proposed Contract comprises building construction, renovation, and demolition, including general construction, structural, mechanical, and electrical Work as indicated in the construction documents.
