Question Cuttoff Date & Time 11/26/2023 11:00:00 PM (ET) The Iowa Department of Transportation is seeking bids for; One 14'x14' overhead door (rough measurement) as per specifications as outlined in RFB FY2024 #192 Specifications & Photos document (Attachments tab). The location for this project is the Dyersville, IA DOT Maintenance Garage located at 14117 Hwy 136 N, Dyersville, IA 52040. Contractor to remove and replace Door #8 14'x14' overhead door as per specifications. Award: It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: Meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. Estimated start date -Upon issuance of award Estimated project end date- 04/20/2024 Contractor is required to provide all materials, equipment and labor for the removal and replacement of material as per plans/specifications outlined on the Line Item tab.
