The Rural Municipality of Cambria No.6 is now accepting tenders for the purchase of 10,000 cubic yards of Type 103 gravel as well as loading, hauling and stockpiling to the location of 806 Railway Avenue, Torquay Sk. o 10,000 cubic yards of Type 103 gravel is to be supplied by the contractor. o The material is subject to random quality testing during the duration of the contract. o A proposed start date must be specified in the tender submission with a final delivery date of no later than February 29, 2024. o Gravel is to be stockpiled at the RM shop yard located within the Village of Torquay. o Quotes must be shown as total price per yard and all applicable cost, charges and taxes clearly stated. o Tenders will be required to provide proof of liability insurance of no less than 2 million dollars as well as a WCB Clearance. o The successful bidder shall be required to sign a contract agreement within seven working days after notice of procuring the job. o Payment may be made monthly as submitted with proof of hauling quantities and tickets no later than one week before regular council meeting. The Municipality reserves the right to refuse to accept any tender. Lowest or any bid may not necessarily be accepted. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
