The Rural Municipality of Cambria No.6 is now accepting tenders for the supply of Type 106 gravel as well as loading, hauling and spreading on the RM of Cambria roadways. Exact locations and amounts are provided in attached map. Note that all specified areas are subject to change. Total approximate yards: 15,075 o Type 106 traffic gravel shall be supplied by the contractor for all six divisions. o The gravel program is to be completed between May 15 and June 30, 2024. o Order of gravel application will be determined by the RM foreman prior to the start date of program. o Quotes must be shown as total price per yard and all applicable taxes per yard clearly stated. o A daily report showing which roads were graveled and the amount of gravel applied to each road is to be included with each invoice. o Tenders will be required to provide proof of liability insurance of no less than 2 million dollars as well as a WCB Clearance. o The successful bidder shall be required to sign a contract agreement within seven working days after notice of procuring the job. Lowest or any bid may not necessarily be accepted. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
