Location: N-15, Us-34 North & South, Seward In County: Seward Length: 1.5 Miles Working Days: 175 Price Range: $5,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00 This project is funded under the Federal-Aid Highway Act, all appropriate Federal requirements will apply. The Department reserves the right to change these quantities without notice. The last day to submit acceptable prequalification statements for this letting is by 5:00 P.M. on Saturday December 9, 2023. NE DOT - 100 - Concrete Pavement, General (All Classes) *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Prior to the letting, any questions pertaining to the Special Provisions or the Plans for this project should be submitted to NDOT in a written format through the Bid Express (BidX) website at https://www.bidx.com/ne/lettings. Likewise, NDOT will post answers exclusively to the BidX website. All official answers will be identified as "Authorized by NDOT." Questions will not be answered verbally. The NDOT answers post The contractor shall install the salvaged rectangular rapid flashing beacon (RRFB) light bar as indicated in the plans. Furnished RRFB light bars shall not include side-mounted pedestrian confirmation lights.
