WoodGreen Community Services, as one of Toronto's foremost social service agencies and non-municipal affordable housing providers, invites proposals for the renovation of residential units at 2 Laxton Ave, Toronto. As an organization managing approximately 1,500 affordable housing units, WoodGreen is dedicated to providing safe, accessible, and affordable living spaces to a diverse clientele, including seniors, newcomers, youth, and individuals with disabilities. This RFP is aimed at enhancing the living conditions of our residential units at 2 Laxton Ave. Scope: We are planning the renovation of 21 units, including kitchens, baths, living areas, and flooring. A detailed breakdown indicating whether the respective bathroom, kitchen, bedroom or living area in each unit needs to be replaced is attached in the "Unit Inspections File". The letter "R" represents if that room needs to be replaced. As part of the submission, please include pricing for all standard items in the excel file labelled Standard Pricing. Please include pricing for both bachelor and 1 Bedroom suites.
