Site work for a mixed-use development in St Martins, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Proposed work includes but not limited to construction of new gravel parking lot, crusher dust trail and plaza, site furniture and foundations, landscaping, drain tile, conduit, concrete foundation for pre-fabricated covered amphitheatre shelter (amphitheatre structure provided and installed by others), installation of amphitheatre curtains and stage lighting, placement of rip rap and boulders, construction of wood fencing, and all incidental work, such as clearing, grubbing, and grading, as per contract documents.
