Site work for a municipal facility in Holbrook, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
All Bidders must provide with their Bid, proof of removal, installation, Testing and Commissioning of at least Five Large Truck Scales of the size and scope of this bid project. Each bid must be accompanied by either a Certified Check on a solvent bank or Trust Company acceptable to the IRRA, or by a bid bond from a surety prepared in such form as is acceptable to the IRRA. The Certified Check or bid bond shall be in the amount of 10% of the total bid price and be made payable to the Islip Resource Recovery Agency as assurance that the Contract will be executed, if awarded to such bidder The IRRA reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part, to waive any informality in any or all bids and to accept the bid or part thereof which it deems most favorable to the IRRA after all bids have been examined and checked. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after being publicly opened and read. In the event the bids are rejected or no bids are received, the IRRA Secretary is authorized to re-advertise for bids upon direction of the President..
