Renovation of a fire / police facility in Holbrook, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
disconnect and re connection of 22 Liftmaster bay door openers, to include fully operational to all door controls and dispatch console at the firehouses of the Holbrook Fire District located at 390 Terry Boulevard, Holbrook. A bid bond in the amount of ten(10%) of the bid price (or a bank check for that same amount) shall be required of all bidders. Bidders are advised that this is a public works project, subject to the prevailing wage laws of the state. The contract for the above item will be awarded by the Board of Fire Commissioners to the lowest responsible bidder. In cases where two or more responsible bidders submit identical bids as to price, the Board of Fire Commissioners may award the contract to either ofsuch bidders. The Board of Fire Commissioners reserves the right to reject all bids and/or re-advertise for new bids in its discretion and/orto waive any informality in any bid which it deems immaterial in nature. No bids may be withdrawn by any bidder for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of bid opening.
