Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint Joseph, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of December 6, 2024, per owner, design is complete. Project was bid out and is now under contract and in progress. A contractor has been identified. Expected completion expected in June 2025. The scope includes but is not limited to all restrooms in the Civic Arena along with associated plumbing • Team/Officials Dressing Room (includes 6 showers, 6 sinks, 6 toilets and 4 urinals) • Lower Level by Conference Room (2 toilets, 2 sinks and 1 urinal) • Concourse Level (4 toilets and 4 sinks) • Administration Conference Room (1 toilet, 1 sink) • Concession Stands (1 three compartment sink) • Kitchen (1 three compartment sink) • Kitchenette (1 three compartment sink) • Janitorial Closets (6 utility sinks and drains) • Area Storm Drainage • Utility Floor Port Drainage The City reserves the unilateral right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate changes to proposals with any Respondent. However, the City intends to use this RFQ and the process herein described as the preferred method of soliciting and evaluating responses and negotiating with short-listed Respondents. The City also reserves the right to select any proposal that best meets its needs A certified statement that the firm is registered in the State of Missouri and licensed to perform architectural and/or engineering services in the State of Missouri and a certified statement that the architect and/or engineers are not disbarred, suspended, or otherwise prohibited from professional practice by any federal, state, or local agency.
