Renovation of a municipal facility in Tequesta, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of February 5,2024, all bids were rejected. The Village of Tequesta is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the design and installation of emergency standby power at Village Hall, located at 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta Florida 33469. The proposal shall be prepared as per the guidelines set forth in the RFP. The RFP describes the required scope of services and the minimum information that must be included in the proposal. Failure to submit information in accordance with the RFP requirements may be cause for disqualification. Question Deadline 01/05/2024 at 2:00 PM ET Questions about this RFP should be submitted by email to Lori McWilliams, Village Clerk at lmcwilliams@tequesta.org. The Village of Tequesta does not have emergency backup power at Village Hall. The Village is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the design and installation of One (1) 80kw Standby-rated, 120/208V, 3Phase, Liquid Propane Generator at Village Hall, located at 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta Florida 33469. Important requirement: The generator will be installed within a drinking water wellfield zone. Per the Department of Environmental Protection Agency, the combined total volume of coolant and engine oil cannot exceed five (5) gallons.
