Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Harrisville, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a 16,045-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.

Construction of a new, 2-story, GSF Administration Building connected to a GSF Shop/Storage Building. *The owner requests that all subcontractor / supplier inquiries be directed to the GC Bidder. The Public Works Complex scope includes construction of a new, 2-story, 7,000 GSF Administration Building connected to an 8,320 GSF Shop / Storage Building. A Sand/Salt Storage space and Truck Wash are also incorporated. A Fuel Island and Vehicle Storage Building are planned as a Phase II scope (future project). The Admin/Shop building is constructed on standard spread concrete footings and foundation walls, slab on grade and a combination of steel columns & beams, braced frames and open-web joists & girders. Exterior cladding includes slate shingles, extruded aluminum cladding with a faux-wood treatment, and single-skin extruded aluminum panels of varying profiles. A single-ply roof membrane encloses the roof. For the Sand/Salt Storage and Truck Wash, concrete and CMU are the primary structural components with open-web joists and metal roof deck. Refer to the drawings & specification section "Alternates" for project components scheduled as Additive Alternates. All questions regarding the submission requirements or on the Drawings & Specifications shall be sent via email no later than 5:00pm MST on Friday, December 8, 2023.
