Renovation of an educational facility in Holyoke, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

All new equipment, removal of old system and installation of new ducted outdoor rated dust collector with return air components for Dean Tech High School. Must be NFPA 664 Standard Compliance. Estimated Cost $150,000.00 This project is funded with Federal Funds. Respondents will be verified for eligibility to receive Federal Funds and must comply with all Federal requirements including Part 200. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids, no electronic submissions will be allowed. The City of Holyoke invites sealed bids from qualified individuals or firms to (1) furnish and install a new completely ducted outdoor rated dust collection system, with return air, and (2) to remove and dispose of existing dust collection system components, in accordance with Contract Documents prepared by the City of Holyoke. Dean High School is located at 1045 Main St., Holyoke, MA Beginning on November 29, 2023 bid documents will be available by email request after 10:00 AM at: sweeneye@holyoke.org. Submit requests between the hours of 8:30 AM until 4:00 PM and include firm name and address, contact name and title, email address, and telephone number. The successful Bidder must agree to commence work within thirty (30) days of Notice to Proceed, and to cause all work of this contract to be completed by May 1, 2024
