The Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) intends to procure all necessary labor, supervision, materials, tools, apparatus, equipment, and conveyances, mobilization and demobilization to stabilize the south bank of the Niobrara River to protect the access road to Transmission Line (TL) 2301A located southwest of Niobrara, Nebraska. Take 891st Road (which transitions to Wilson Road) to the northwest for approximately 2.5 miles to reach the site.
