Renovation of an educational facility in Renton, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Work includes, but is not limited to: Demolishing existing classroom lighting fixtures and controls. Furnishing and installing new classroom lighting fixtures and controls. Bid Bond: This Project is estimated to cost $250,000.00 or more and must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond, equal to 5% of the total Base Bid only, excluding taxes. The Owner reserves the right to accept the lowest or any other Bid, the right to reject any or all Bids, and the right to waive any irregularities in any Bid. Withdraw of Bid: No Bid may be withdrawn, except with the express permission of the Owner, after the time set for the opening thereof, unless the award of Contract is delayed for a period exceeding 45 days.
