Renovation of an educational facility in Renton, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Work includes, but is not limited to: Installation of acoustical panels and baffles at Natatorium ceiling with associated electrical and mechanical modifications. Architect/Engineer's Cost Opinion: $220,000 + WSST Bid Bond: This Project is estimated to cost $220,000.00 or more and must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond, equal to 5% of the total Base Bid only, excluding taxes. Make checks payable to the Renton School District; furnish bond executed by a licensed bonding agency authorized to do business in the locality of the project. If is is selected, then this Project is subject to the apprenticeship requirements of RCW 39.04.320. Bidders may contact the Department of Labor & Industries, Apprenticeship Section, to obtain information on available apprenticeship programs.
