Site work and paving for a civil project in Ellensburg, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and other miscellaneous items to install 740 feet of irrigation pipe, extend an existing CMP pipe arch, install 1,440 feet of curb and gutter, 1,350 feet of 10-foot-wide paved shared use pathway, retaining walls, buffer strip, fencing, signage, traffic control, and other miscellaneous items necessary to complete this project. Contractor agrees to provide a Performance and payment Bond as described in Section. Contractor shall be responsible for complying with the prevailing wage requirements associated with RCW Chapter 39.12 and WAC 296-127 and the Special Provisions. The engineer's range for the project is $700,000 to $800,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The City reserves the right to extend the time for receiving and opening bids. If the time is extended, notice of the extension(s) will be given prior to the originally specified due date to each entity which has been furnished the Contract Documents by the City.
