Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dublin, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project provides for planned street improvements as identified in the Riverside Crossing Park West design. The project includes reconstructing 520 feet of roadway to match the character of the area and additional pedestrian facilities on both sides of the roadway. Improvements include granite curbs, pedestrian sidewalks, and connections to Riverside Crossing Park West. Improvements will include North Riverview Street from Dublin Road to just south of Indian Run. This project also includes the installation of sidewalk along the east side of the roadway from the southern limit of the proposed roadway work south to tie into the Riverview Village Improvements. This project helps to provide pedestrian connections to Riverside Crossing Park West, the Dublin Link and the Historic District. Project design is planned for 2025, with permitting to occur during design in 2025 and continuing into 2026. Construction is anticipated to occur in 2027 but the project timing may need to be adjusted once the North Riverview development is finalized.
