Pulpit Rock Drainage and Pathway Improvements The work consists of the installation of drainage piping, a stormwater bioretention basin, landscaping, plantings, granite curbing, and a crushed stone pathway. The time for completion of this contract is 100 calendar days. The bidding and award of this Contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30, Section 39M. Complete instructions for filing Bids are included in the Instructions to Bidders. Each General Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid. This advertisement does not obligate the Owner for any costs associated with preparing or submitting bids. The successful General Bidder must furnish a 100 percent Performance Bond and a 100 percent Payment Bond with a surety company acceptable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids if deemed to be in its best interest.
