Reference Number 0000348223 The Town of Windsor will require the services of a professional irrigation or landscaping company for the design and installation of irrigation components for Main Park, and Chimney Park North. In addition, said contractor shall provide a plan detailing removal or abandonment. The goal of this RFP is to contract with a qualified company who will agree to be available to provide quality, professional services in a timely manner to maximize efficiency. Applicant will submit a total fee proposal for performing the entire project as a lump sum, and for each site. Please subdivide the work based on the scope of service below. Reimbursable expenses and hourly rates that occur outside of the described work can be submitted on a separate page in the proposal package. Contractor must possess five (5) years of experience in commercial irrigation systems and preferably related to municipal projects.
