Site work for a mixed-use development in Riverside, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and swimming pool.
The City of Riverside Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department has determined bidders shall hold a valid Class "A" or C-53 State of California Contractor's license in good standing. BID BOND OR CASHIERS CHECK UIS REQUIREDU WITH THIS BID UAll Bids and any supplemental documents as called for by the Special Provisions (unless otherwise noted in the Special Provisions) are to be submitted electronically via the City's bidding website. The City's bidding website will prevent all submittals, withdrawals, and updates to bids starting exactly at the time set forth in the Notice Inviting Bids unless updated via Addendum. All Prospective Vendors submitting a bid must submit valid bid security and associated documents prior to the Bid Event time. All applicable forms required to be completed per the bid documents, shall be uploaded through the City's bidding website prior to bid event date and time. AAdditional/supplemental documents to be submitted may include but are not limited to Bid Proposal Documents, Proposal Guaranty, Non-Collusion Declaration, Signed Acknowledgement of Addenda, IRAN Contracting Act of 2010 Compliance Affidavit, Customer Service Standards Acknowledgment and any other documents called out for in the specifications shall be submitted via the supplied forms. Hard copies will NOT be accepted as a viable bid A Bid Bond not uploaded via the City's bidding website prior to the time and the date set forth in the Notice Inviting Bids, shall be declared late. The bidder shall have sole responsibility for its timely submittal. Proposal Guaranty in the form of a Cashier's check or Certified check must be submitted to the Purchasing Manager, at 3900 Main Street, Riverside, CA 92522, prior to the hour and the date stated above. Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the addresses below in the order presented below: Shamel Park Pool 3650 Arlington Avenue Riverside, CA 92506 Villegas Park Pool 3041 Esperanza Street Riverside, CA 92504 Hunt Park Pool 4015 Jackson Street Riverside, CA 92503 Reid Park Pool 701 Orange Street Riverside, CA 92501 For all bids exceeding $5,000.00 in aggregate sum, both a performance and material payment bond will be required.
