SCOPE OF WORK Contractor will perform ongoing mobile maintenance and repair services of city equipment and facilities. Certain portions of the Services will be regularly-scheduled preventive maintenance ("PM") services and certain portions of the Services will be performed on an On-Call basis ("On-Call"), meaning that City of St. Helena may request unscheduled maintenance or repair/replacement services to remedy an unexpected equipment issue or emergency. For any PM Services performed under this contract, Contractor and city will negotiate a PM schedule as described in these Technical Specifications and will be expected to perform the PM according to that schedule. Contractor shall provide firmed fixed rates for PM tasks on Cost Proposal. Any On-Call type Services performed under this Contract will be authorized by City of St. Helena via the issuance of a written work order. The City reserves the right to award a contract for performance of the required services based on the negotiated price, terms and conditions. The City reserves the right to reject all bids and circulate another RFP. Consultant shall procure and maintain for the duration of the contract insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damages to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the work hereunder by the Consultant, its agents, representatives, or employees, as indicated: A. Minimum Scope of Insurance. Coverage shall be at least as broad as: 1. Insurance Services Office Commercial General Liability coverage (occurrence form CG 0001). 2. Insurance Services Office form number CA 0001 (Ed. 1/87) covering Automobile Liability, code 1 (any auto). 3. Workers' Compensation insurance as required by the State of California and Employer's Liability Insurance.
