Renovation of a municipal facility in National City, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Work Includes: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, and disposal as necessary to complete the construction of Rain Gutter Replacement at General Services Building, National City, California. The work shall include but not limited to the following; a. Removal and disposal of approximately 1,400 lineal feet of all existing 20-gauge galvanized steel rain gutter and approximately 800 lineal feet of galvanized steel downspouts, sleeves, steel plate flange, fasteners, and metal hangers. b. Cleaning of existing concrete panels and caulk joints where the downspouts were located with a heavy-duty concrete cleaner. Apply new caulk on these joints as necessary. c. Fabricate and install new 24-Gauge Type 316 Stainless Steel rain gutter, 20 Gauge Type 316 Stainless Steel downspouts & fittings, 16-Guage, Type 316 Stainless Steel downspouts sleeves, stainless steel plate flange, stainless steel fasteners, hangers and application of joint sealants. The total contract duration is 90 calendar days. The Engineer's Construction estimate for this work is $160,000.00.
