1. Service Provider shall provide As-Needed Trash and Litter Removal Services at Port District facilities and properties within the Cities of San Diego, Coronado, National City, Chula Vista, and Imperial Beach (subject to change to due change in regulations). 2. Service Provider shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and all related incidentals required to perform As-Needed Trash and Litter Removal Services. Services shall include pick-up and removal offsite of trash, litter, recyclables, and debris from District properties and the cleanup and removal of encampments. Service Provider shall move, cover, or protect any structures or equipment that may be damaged during trash and litter removal services. Service Provider shall remove from Tidelands all materials, tools, equipment, debris, and coverings upon completion of services. Service Provider shall not permit debris and waste material generated from all operations to enter storm water conveyance system. Service Provider shall always maintain site safety and security for public areas.
