The scope of work consists of repair of existing culvert crossings at Milepost 1.2 and 1.4 on Interstate Route H-2 on the island of Oahu; maintenance and removal of temporary erosion control measures; and traffic control. The estimated cost of construction is between $14,000,000 and $16,000,000.
