The Work consists of demolition and reconstruction within the central control building at project site for architectural barrier removal upgrades on the first floor. Work also includes hazardous materials abatement, structural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work affected by renovations. Including but not limited to demolition and reconstruction of doors, ceilings, and partitions in these areas. Work also includes converting existing storage area into an intake holding cell. Site work includes asphalt parking removal and replacement, and walkway reconstruction.
