Malibu Bay Clubhouse Pool Deck and Swimming Pool Equipment Improvements (the Project). The Project is located within the Clubhouse site of the Stonegate Community Development District at 1020 Malibu Way, Homestead, FL 33033 The Project includes expanding and improving the existing pool deck, and the installation of a new pool filtration system. Bids must be submitted in full accordance with the requirements of the Drawings, Specifications, Bidding Conditions, and Contractual Conditions. The following contract forms will be used for this Project: 1. AIA Document A101-2017, Agreement between the District and Contractor, where the basis of payment is a stipulated sum. 2. AIA Document A101-2017 Exhibit A 3. AIA Document A201-2017, General Conditions. 4. In addition to the scope of work shown in the plans attached, the following swimming pool work is to be completed under this contract: Remove water from the pool. Remove any loose old plaster to exposed the hard surface in the entire pool. Seal any superficial cracks or holes on the pool surface (if there are severe cracks, Contractor to advise before continuing with the work). Seal all retturns, vacuum lines and light niches. Apply new coat of aggregate pool surface material. (Standard approved Health Department color). Refill pool with fresh water and balance with chemicals. Turn on equipment. This additional scope of work includes permitting, materials and labor.
