Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Delta, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Multi-use pathway installation along the west side of Elliott Street from 47A Avenue to Chisholm Street. Elliott Street is classified as a collector roadway from 47A Avenue to River Road, and a local road from River Road to Chisholm Street. The 616 bus runs along Elliott from 48 Avenue and turns at Ladner Trunk Road. The project includes a new 3.5m wide asphalt multi-use pathway (MUP) with a 1.5m boulevard along the west side of Elliott Street from 48 Avenue to Chisholm Street. TIMELINE: Request for proposals for design consultant services is cancelled. If/when project may proceed is undetermined at this time. Coverage is discontinued.
