Site work for a civil project in Hood River, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of April 10, 2024 project is abandoned. Project is no longer needed. The project consists of resurfacing and repairing the interior of the existing primary clarifier concrete tank and launder trench which are deteriorating. Work includes cleaning, inspecting, and making minor repairs to the clarifier mechanism if inspection determines repairs are needed. The existing weir and scum baffle will be removed for concrete repairs. At the Owner's option, the weir and scum baffle will be replaced with a new weir and baffle. If the Owner does not elect to replace the weir and scum baffle, the existing weir and baffle will be reinstalled. Est. Value: $ 300,000.00 Est.
