Renovation of a residential development in Independence, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Instructions to Bidders, Bid Form, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor, Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bonds, Drawings and Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined at the following location: ALLIANCE DESIGN GROUP 1439 CENTRE COURT, STE 401 ALEXANDRIA, LOUISIANA 71301 (318) 487-2037. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of his total bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall be accepted from Contractors who are licensed under LA. R.S for the classification of Building Construction. Bidder is required to comply with provisions and requirements of LA R.S.38:2212 (A)(1)(c). No bid may be with a period of forty-five (45) days after receipt of bids, except under the provisions of LA R.S. 38:2214-38:2215.
