Plans and a timeline for those renovations have not been revealed. _____________________________________________________________________________________ Barton Malow AECOM Hunt Alexander (CM) are soliciting proposals for Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) Preconstruction Services for the Selective Structural Demolition work associated with the Beaver Stadium Renovations Project. If the ECI Preconstruction services are considered successful by the CM and Owner, it is the intent to award the Selective Structural Demolition scope of work to the awarded ECI contractor. The primary scope of the Beaver Stadium renovation is on the West Side of the stadium. This approach would replace the current West Side of the stadium and provide improved access for broadcasting, greatly improved circulation, new restrooms, upgraded concession offerings and much-needed premium seating. Included with the West Side replacement are much needed miscellaneous improvements of the North, East, and South, as listed below. Together, these combined projects will greatly enhance the fan experience, and provide significant incremental revenue to fund these improvements. The demolition scope consists of complete separation and removal of the entire West sideline structure. Preconstruction will commence immediately upon award and conclude in August 2024. Miscellaneous enabling and selective demolition projects may begin in Spring 2024 and continue throughout construction. West sideline demolition and construction will immediately following the 2024 football season.The main structural demolition of the West sideline is anticipated to be completed in two major phases: following both the 2024 and 2025 football seasons. The project will be substantially complete for the 2027 football season. Contractors interested in proposing on this package must complete the project specific prequalification requirements included herein, as well as corporate prequalification with Barton Malow. Decisions Will Be Made Taking Into Account the Information Listed Below as Well as Other Factors 1. Licenses - Provide copies of all demolition / hauling-related state, county and other licenses or permits currently held (e.g., PA Residual and Municipal Waste Hauling, etc.) If your company does not haul waste, simply state such in your prequalification package. 2. Experience - Provide proof that your company has a minimum of three years continuous experience under the present organizational / corporate structure. This shall include a list of all demolition / hauling projects conducted in the past three years. Details must include date, project name/location and a contact name and phone number for each (facility owner or representative directly involved with the project). 3. Violations / Citations - Provide a notarized statement describing all citations and / or violations issued by any regulatory agency. Provide: agency contact, explanation of citation and / or violation and outcome of the citation(s) or violation(s). The term violation includes Notice of Violation (NOV), administrative order, civil penalty assessment or other monetary settlement settlement agreement, settlement letter, letter agreement, or consent assessment), permit / license suspension, any consent agreement, consent order or any court actions pending or settled. 4. Demolition Notification - Provide a completed example of an EPA / state Demolition Notification from a past project, if available. If none is available simply state such in your prequalification package and explain why. 5. SOPs - A copy of your companys Demolition Project Standard Operating Procedures, if available. If none is available simply state such in your prequalification package and explain why.
