Reference number: 20010957 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2024-08-19 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 8 Tenders are invited for the construction of the temporary route 116 access. The bid must also be accompanied by a bid guarantee for an amount equal to 10% of the total value of the bid, taxes included, payable to the Ville de Saint-Basile-le-Grand. This guarantee must be valid for a period of 120 days from the bid opening date. In addition, the bid must be accompanied by a letter of commitment for the issuance of a performance bond and a contractor's obligations bond for pledges, materials and services, issued by an insurer holding the right to carry on insurance activities in Quebec and registered with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), each for an amount equivalent to 50% of the total value of the bid, taxes included, in favour of the Ville de Saint-Basile-le-Grand.
