Demolition, site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Delco, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work will consist of demolition and replacing approximately 64' x 42' of roof at the Kings Bluff Pump Station near Delco, NC at Lock and Dam #1. A Performance and a Payment Bond will be required for the successful bidder in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the contract, payment of all persons supplying labor or furnishing materials, and payment of all liabilities incurred in connection with the work under this contract. Attorneys-in-fact who sign Bid Bonds or Payment Bonds and Performance Bonds must file with each Bond a certified and effective dated copy of their power of attorney. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and any part of a bid and to waive formalities and technicalities in the bidding procedure.
