Demolition, site work and addition to a pre-engineered storage facility in Cleves, Ohio. Completed plans call for the addition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly designated on the outside of envelope with the project name Mitchell Memorial Forest Maintenance Building Addition & Storage Building, located at 8499 Buffalo Ridge Rd., Cleves, OH 45002, as set forth in the Drawings and Specifications. Contracts for work under this bid will obligate all Contractors to comply with prevailing wage rates established by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Industrial Compliance, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration. Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Performance Bond meeting the requirements of Sec. 153.54 & 153.571 O.R.C. executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio in the full amount of the proposal, including add alternates. In lieu of a bid bond, a certified check may be substituted, payable to the Owner in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount, including add alternates. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after the bid opening date. Great Parks of Hamilton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
