Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Green Tree, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of January 24, 2024, project was awarded to Fryer Excavating LLC, awarded amount is $31,540.71. ADA Curb Ramps Pointe West, Phase 1, North Fayette Township Approximately 400 square feet of concrete sidewalk construction, 4 ADA ramps, curb restoration, linestriping, and restoration at multiple intersections within Pointe West. A Labor and Materials Payment Bond, Performance Bond and Maintenance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid amount will be required. Certificates of Insurance in the amounts specified, as well as Certificate of Worker's Compensation; Explosion, Underground Damage and Collapse Insurance Certificate must be filed with the executed Agreement. The Char-West COG reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities.
