The scope of work generally includes the cleaning and closed-circuit televising (CCTV) of approximately 110,000 linear feet of 8"-12" sanitary sewers (average 22,000 per year); cleaning and televising for various diameter sanitary and storm sewers as needed; and preparation of pertinent inspection reports as outlined in the Contract Documents. Any technical questions regarding the bid documents are to be directed to LSSE (412-264-4400, Ext. 212). Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Borough. Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by a bid bond made payable to the Borough of Green Tree in an amount equal to $10,0000 as a guarantee that, if the Proposal is accepted, the successful bidder will enter into an Agreement within 30 days after Notice of the Award of the Contract. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for 90 calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids.
